Supporting Long Island Cares, The Harry Chapin Food Bank

Thank you for being here and supporting our students.

As a music teacher, I believe in the power of music to inspire and to give back. This year, our Practice-A-Thon connects our love of music with a meaningful cause: supporting Long Island Cares, founded by singer and humanitarian Harry Chapin.

Today, 313,800 Long Islanders face food insecurity, including 71,500 children. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to help provide food and hope to families in our community.

Every donation turns practice into purpose and honors Harry’s legacy of using music to make a difference.
